  Alex Erzen | Program Manager, King County Solid Waste Division
Alex Erzen is a Program Manager in the Solid Waste Division of the King County Department of Natural Resources and Parks (DNRP). Alex manages the King County LinkUp Program’s mattress recycling market development project, the King County What Do I Do With…? website, and works with the Northwest Product Stewardship Council.
   Terry Gillis | General Manager, Recovery 1, Inc.
Terry Gillis is the General Manager/Owner of Recovery 1, Inc. and President/Owner of Carpet Processing & Recycling, LLC; both companies are located in Tacoma, WA. Terry has been recycling waste generated during typical construction activities for 20-years, pioneering methods to convert waste into resources.
   Alli Kingfisher | Materials Management and Sustainability Specialist, WA State Dept. of Ecology
Alli Kingfisher is a Materials Management and Sustainability Specialist with the Washington State Department of Ecology where she has worked since 2002. She primarily works on sustainability issues related to our waste stream. She has a MSc in Strategic Leadership towards Sustainability from the Blekinge Institute of Technology in Sweden. She is a Certified Sustainable Building Advisor, a LEED AP and a skilled facilitator and graphic recorder.

Alli currently serves on the WSRA board and is the first woman to serve as president of the board of the Building Material Reuse Association. In 2010, she was recognized by Building Design + Construction Magazine as a recipient of their Top 40 Under 40 Award as a leader in the construction industry.
 
 Jeremy Simler | Director of Operations, Spring Back NW
Starting his career in the non-profit sector, Jeremy served locally and internationally. He then had the opportunity to work in the banking industry which he continued for 6 years. He came to the NWFB 3 years ago as the Strategic Project Manager to help create the Spring Back Mattress Recycling program. Now, as Director of Operations, he continues to oversee Spring Back and also manages the Furniture Bank program which includes client services, warehouse and transportation logistics. Jeremy graduated from Washington State University with a BA in Communications.
