There seems to be no end to the glowing reports about how giants like Motorola, Toyota, and GE have successfully implemented process improvement strategies (e.g., six sigma, lean, value stream mapping, CEM, etc.) and how they've saved millions in the process. This is great for NASCAR and GE, but how does it work for the waste industry? Actually...quite well.

Join Neal Bolton for a comprehensive live and on-demand 4-session master class series exploring the process improvement tools and techniques currently used by giants like NASCAR, Toyota, and GE, and how you can apply these to your waste facility to improve your operations, streamline your repetitive processes, increase your efficiency, AND reduce your costs.

This Master Class Series works through the theory, tools, and implementation steps of applying process improvement within the solid waste industry (e.g., collection, disposal, and diversion) with a series of four 1-1.5 hour online presentations and Q&A sessions (4 PDH / 0.4 CEU total) focusing on the following advanced topics.

Sessions include:

Oct. 15:
Introduction to Process Improvement
We'll answer the question "what is process improvement?", look at its analytical tools and techniques, and discuss how to apply it to
improve operations.

Nov. 20:
Process Improvement for Waste Disposal
We'll discuss how you can implement several process improvement techniques and tools within your waste disposal operations (e.g., MSW landfills, C&D landfills, etc.), and in the process, increase your efficiency and cost savings.

Dec. 16:
Process Improvement for Waste Collections
We'll discuss how you can implement process improvement within your waste collections and transfer station operations to streamline operations, increase efficiency, and reduce your operation cost.

Jan. 15:
Process Improvement for Waste Diversion
We'll discuss how you can implement process improvement within your waste diversion operations (e.g., recycling, green waste processing, composting, MRFs, etc.), how you can optimize by targeting high-priority materials, and review specific real-world examples of how it can improve efficiency, flow, and savings.

Miss a lecture? Not a problem! All live online sessions are recorded and available on-demand with a quiz for PDH/CEU credits so you can learn when you want, and where you want. Registration is limited!
