At the end of 2013, Oregon E-Cycles completed five full years of implementation. Jason Linnell, manager for the Oregon State Contractor Program under Oregon E-Cycles, will review successes (Oregon has one of highest per capita rates with like products) as well as ongoing challenges, such as collector changes and non-covered products.

He'll also discuss how Oregon's program differs from other mandated electronics recycling programs and how national trends are impacting collection programs. This information may be used to anticipate upcoming challenges or used to start discussion for future changes.

After the presentation, the group will tour the Total Reclaim electronics recycling facility in North Portland.
