February 6th

The Washington Environmental Council is seeking passionate candidates for our year-round internship program and will be hosting an orientation/training event for interested future interns. Whether you have volunteered for WEC in the past or if you are new to the field of environmental advocacy, this is a great opportunity to learn about organizing for conservation.

Participants will learn about what it’s like to work with WEC, hear from graduates of the internship program and receive hands-on training. You will hear from advocacy experts and WEC staff about current environmental legislation and WEC’s ongoing campaigns.

If you are passionate about protecting our environment and want to make sure that conservation is a priority, join us on February 6th from 6:30-8:00pm at 1402 3rd Avenue, Suite 1400, Seattle. Please RSVP to Tiffany McGuyer at Tiffany@wecprotects.org.
